Our Return and Refund Process Explained
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days.
Returns are only accepted if the product has suffered physical damage during transit or if there is a design defect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@givame.com.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@givame.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us at care@givame.com for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@givame.com. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and you will need to follow our return policy to return the item after delivery.
